I have been studying Tai Chi with Jan over the last 3 years. It has been a really great experience to learn Tai Chi in such a lovely environment with such a patient, challenging, generous and engaging teacher. There is a lovely sense of community in our class and I look forward to it each week. Over time and in response to the teaching, I have learned to be more present in my body and to become more aware of my posture. Tai chi is a gentle but challenging exercise which cumulatively builds physical and mental resilience. I am really glad I found this class and it has very definitely brought a very real improvement to my health and overall wellbeing. I totally recommend Jan as a teacher.
