This online Qi Gong course will explore several fundamental Qi Gong exercises and simple movements to improve your Qi Gong practice. The aim is nothing short of changing how you experience your body. Efficiency, relaxed movement, and breathing will be covered in some detail in as clear a manner as possible. There will be a strong focus on developing better internal awareness and being able to feel for imbalances in the body, it will not simply be a collection of movements. By sensing the body it will become easier to relax, to let go, and to calm the mind. This can be quite a challenge, but with ongoing practice it becomes easier over time. The principles covered can then be applied to other movement practices or just in your daily life to improve the quality of rest and motion.
