The essence of Qi Gong in one conscious movement, incorporating joint pulsing, upper/lower body and breath coordination, tension sensing and release, limb extension and contraction, a unified wave of movement from the ground to the fingertips, all done in one slow, relaxed tidal rhythm. One of the very best qi gongs for whole-body workouts, excellent for tai chi improvement or as a stand-alone exercise.
